Our Mission & Vision

Thirumurugan Samajam Trust was founded in December 2006 by a group of like-minded devotees with unwavering faith in Lord Murugan. Established to provide truth seekers of Vasai and the neighbourhood with a cultural complex and a temple to quench their spiritual thirst, the Samajam operates as a Social, Cultural, Religious, and Educational Institution.

Our Vision

To be a beacon of spiritual wisdom, cultural preservation, and community service in the Vasai region, fostering brotherhood and devotion through the grace of Lord Murugan.

What We Do

Daily Worship (Nityapooja)

Regular daily worship services including morning and evening Abhishekam, Archana, and Deeparadhana for devotees.

Festival Celebrations

Six major festivals celebrated annually including Thai Poosam, Panguni Uthiram, Skanda Shashti, and more.

Annadhanam

Free meals served to devotees and the needy, embodying the sacred tradition of sharing food as divine offering.

Community Welfare

Clothing distribution, blood donation camps, educational support, and assistance to orphanages and the underprivileged.

Cultural Events

Tamil heritage programs, Bhajan sessions, spiritual discourses, and cultural gatherings that preserve our rich traditions.

Temple Development

Ongoing Rajagopuram project and continuous improvements to the temple complex for future generations of devotees.

Architecture & Design Team

Our temple is built in authentic Tamil (South Indian) architectural style, designed and constructed by master craftsmen:

Sthapathi Parthiban Stabadi

Temple Architect (Sthapathi)

Master temple architect responsible for the authentic Tamil architectural design of the temple, following the sacred principles of Agama Shastra and Shilpa Shastra.

Sri Ravichandran Muthu

Design Consultant

Provided expert guidance on the overall design and aesthetic elements of the temple, ensuring harmony between traditional architecture and modern requirements.

Sri Y. Thamotharan Nadar

Civil Engineer & Project Management Consultant

Overseeing the structural engineering and project management of the temple construction, including the proposed Rajagopuram tower project.

Note: The proposed Rajagopuram (main temple tower) is a forthcoming addition that will complete the traditional South Indian temple complex. Contributions toward this project are welcome.
