Thiru Murugan Samajam Trust (TMST) is a registered religious and charitable trust dedicated to the worship of Lord Murugan and to serving the spiritual, cultural, and social needs of the community. TMST is not an e-commerce business and does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, products, or merchandise through its website vasaivasaithirumurugansamajam.in.

2. Donations, Not Purchases

All monetary transactions conducted through this Website are voluntary donations made towards the religious, charitable, and social activities of the Trust. These transactions do not constitute a purchase, sale, or commercial transaction of any kind. Donors do not receive any physical goods in exchange for their contributions.

Donations may be made for purposes including but not limited to:

  • General trust fund
  • Annadhanam (food offering) sponsorship
  • Pooja and seva services
  • Rajagopuram (temple tower) construction
  • Festival sponsorship
  • Community service activities

3. No Physical Shipping

Since TMST does not sell physical products, no shipping or physical delivery is involved in any transaction made through this Website. There are no shipping charges, delivery timelines, or logistics associated with donations made on this platform.

4. Digital Receipt & Confirmation

Upon successful completion of an online donation, the following digital deliverables will be provided:

  • Donation Confirmation: An on-screen confirmation message will be displayed immediately upon successful payment processing.
  • Email Confirmation: A digital donation receipt and confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the donor within 24 hours of the donation.
  • 80G Tax Receipt: If applicable and requested (with valid PAN details), an 80G tax exemption receipt will be issued within 30 days of the donation, as described in our Donation Policy.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of making a donation, please check your spam or junk email folder. If the email is not found, please contact us to verify the status of your donation.

5. Prasadam Distribution

Prasadam (sacred offerings blessed at the temple) is distributed exclusively at the temple premises during or after the completion of poojas, sevas, and festivals. Prasadam is not shipped, mailed, or delivered to any address.

Devotees who sponsor poojas or sevas online are welcome to visit the temple in person to receive prasadam. For details on temple timings and visit information, please refer to our Darshan Timings and Visit pages.

6. Pooja & Seva Services

Donations made for specific pooja or seva services are performed at the temple on the date and time scheduled. No physical items related to the pooja or seva are shipped. Devotees who wish to participate in or witness the pooja may do so by visiting the temple in person.
